This historic auditorium, built in 1926, was the first million dollar school constructed in Pennsylvania. The auditorium underwent extensive restoration repairs. Uhrig’s Professional Painting played a key role in the restoration of the facility. Scaffolding was erected throughout the entire auditorium to accommodate the repainting of the ceiling. Research was completed to match the new colors to the original color scheme. The paint for the walls, stage and trim work were matched and painted as close as possible to the original colors.
